THE HARVESTMAN'S DAWN
I am often on the lookout for the small world unfolding around me and managed to capture this spindly Harvestman at the perfect moment. Its three-inch frame created a striking silhouette against the glowing sunrise, standing out vividly against the orange sky. It was busy feeding, seemingly unbothered by the two midges nearby that appeared quite oblivious to the fact they might well be the second course!
